People were describing events in public before any organisation had assembled the evidence to explain them. That gap turned out to be the whole business.
RippleXn began with an observation that is obvious once stated and almost universally ignored. The physical world, the operational world and the human world are measured by different people, in different units, on different clocks. Consequential events happen across all three at once.
We started in the human stream, reading what people said in public and social channels. Complaints and observations kept arriving before the organisations concerned had the evidence to understand them. Sometimes weeks before.
We now connect those human signals to physical measurement, operational records, weather and the record of management action. The architecture is instrument-independent: what we connect is chosen from the event, the decision, and the standard of explanation required, not from a manufacturer relationship.
The purpose is not more data. Almost nobody needs more data. The purpose is to make a consequential event understandable to the person who will judge it.

What does RippleXn actually do?+
We bring physical measurement, operational activity, weather, human reports and response records into one chronology of a consequential event, so an organisation can explain what happened and what it did about it.
Is RippleXn tied to one sensor manufacturer?+
No. The architecture is instrument-independent. RippleXn designs and manages deployments using specialist instrumentation partners, and any material commercial relationship is disclosed. The question chooses the instrument, and the evidence standard does not change according to who made it.
Which applications does RippleXn work in?+
Airports, aviation and drones, rivers and water, marine and ports, hospitals, hygiene and indoor environments, industrial operations, and investigations and enforcement. The black box method is the same in all of them. The configuration is not.
Does RippleXn determine legal causation?+
No. Our work evaluates factual alignment and physical consistency. It is not a legal determination of sole causation, and we do not present it as one.
